You may communicate with your place of origin to any part of the country or the world by national and international direct dialing. In the national case you must dial:
0+Operator+Area code+Phone number .
For international calls you must dial:
00+Operator+Country code+Area code+Phone number.
The operators for direct dialing are 5 and 7 for the private companies and 9 for the national office.
